Ya - I like totally understand too dooood. Seriously though, I think the gripes were valid but I've heard all that's mellowed a bit. Plus, I'm not buying real estate so hopefully I'm not part of "the problem"

I'm excited to move - I have tools to share and knowledge to learn so hopefully we'll all get along!
