Portland cops really don't like red E30s I get pulled over weekly but never ticketed.

But tonight I got pulled over and ticketed for running a yellow light.
I was entering the intersection when it turned yellow and no slack, I knew this was a law but come on.:hitler:

1. Get the yellow shit off your fucking lights.
2. Lose ALL of the retard stickers
3. Pull your fucking pants up
4. Do NOT wear any type of head covering while driving...no hat, no hoodie, no headband, NOTHING
5. Get that shit off of your roof. Cops think snowboarders/bicyclists are asshole punk kids...stop proving them right.
6. Lose that idiotic front plate! Your local laws require a standard front plate: install one.

Basically, quit trying so fucking hard to be cool, drive like a normal ADULT, not a fucking juvenile delinquent...you will find your legal issues disappear just about overnight.

You don't seem to understand that YOU are the problem. Cops see cars like yours as disrespectful, so the logical conclusion is that YOU are disrespectful. See why you might be a target?

I have a very clean 325...I was driving with my mom to pick my pops up from the Airport...at around 10 o clock at night...was followed for about 6-8miles by 2 cops, then they finally pulled me over. It was cold out so I had a hoody on...I even told my mom that I was going to get pulled over by the cops. She laughed....then it happened.

The reason, he said I had a license plate light out...I corrected him by check button. He got a bit pissed took my license and ran it, then cautiously came back and asked me where my firearm was located at.

Let me go, needless to say, with no ticket or anything.

I moved from one apartment to another before my then girlfriend and now wife got built a house. They didn't forward my emissions warning and registration and I forgot.

Cop pulls me over and tickets me and impounds my M3. While waiting for tow truck he tells me how he was going to get me last week but he couldn't get out into traffic safely. He seemed really excited that he caught me at this point.

1. In most states yellow high beams or fogs are not illegal and many cars come with them from the factory. Getting pulled over for that is a stretch and a cop just being a jackass for the sake of being a jackass.

4. Wearing something on your head makes you a punk kid? I was pulled over in High School with a friend driving home from a movie @ 1am. It was ~50 degrees in Chicago and we both had hooded sweatshirts. We both enjoy natural air. So windows down and hoods on. Heat was on as well.

We got pulled over because we 'looked suspicious'. That, like your last comment, is profiling. So you have a modded car that that means you do something illegal? So you wear a baseball hat that says you like some sport team, product or similar so you must be a punk kid?

Cops use the sort of things you linked to just to pull someone over on the hope that something is actually 'wrong' so they can write a ticket.

Just last month I was driving my vert. Yes it is low, yes it is loud, has flashy wheels and it has some stickers on the front windshield. I was pulled because "You were not wearing your seatbelt". The fuck I wasn't. So he asks for all my info and grumbles and is all mad and says it all checks out and have a nice day. He was hoping that maybe something would come up on me. Sorry. Clean record.

Same road, friends driving E30 and and yes they 'look' like skaters or punks or whatever. They were pulled over in a stock 325eS with exhaust becuase of an 'illegal' plate surround. And they were searched... what for? A plate surround? Found nothing because neither of them smoke or do drugs. And they got an apology and 'we have a drug problem around here'.

It is profiling and it is absurd. You have "X" so you MUST be doing SOMETHING illegal.
