Does anyone have a 328i?

So in the midst of tryiing to get my car running I think that I have a bad ECU. So I have a good one sitting next to my car, but b/c it is obd2 I have to have it programmed ($$$$$) in order to try it in my car. I was wondering if anyone knew of a 328i I could try my old ECU in to see if it is indeed bad.

Yeah I thought about it. I wonder if anyone would be willing to help me out since I'm not really familiar on that forum...

I'm an idiot, greg just brought this to my attentino on bimmerforums.

If I can't swap a new ECU into my car due to EWS I won't be able to throw a different ECU in another car either. Therefore there will be no testing for me. Looks like I have to buck up and pay for alignment.
