He is right, most of those cars just say look at me I can put some coils on and wheels. Not saying you do but thats just what I see.

Now back to the muffler, you can find tons of great deals out there. You should search on summit or jegs and see if they have anything.

To be honest having messed with a lot of performance mufflers the inside 'guts' of the so called name brand, non-ebay and 'awesome' quality stuff looks very similar... or close to the same as the other stuff.

Most aftermarket mufflers are over hyped glass packs. How much packing, how big the canister is, how many holes the perforated tubing has, tip length etc all add to the 'sound'. The eBay ones usually have small canisters, less packing and thus are louder. Are the welds maybe not as good? Probably not.

Performance wise though there is not much different going on between a magnaflow and a ebay fart can... cut them open and looks.

Ditto. No rasp just the perfect sound normal driving, get on it and it will make some noise but not bansy howl.

flow is good with the s5x? just curious b/c sometimes the e30 stuff pops up for sale and im not sure if its a good match with the 24v motors.
