e30's in the "Village on James"

I just got settled into my new place in Kent in the "Village on James" development, and over the last week I have seen two e30's other than mine here. One was an '87-ish Alpine 'vert and the other was a Zinno 86-87 es/is. Both looked well taken care of...

Any body know if either of these cars belong to members here?

Is the Alpine an M-tech? I have seen one around.
