WTB 5 Speed Transmission.

I think i broke a selector rod on my current 89 325i and I've been told that it will be cheaper to just buy a whole new transmission than fix my current one. So I want to buy a working e30 transmission.
I have cash.

i dont think the selector rod is really that difficult to replace compared to the whole transmission. get under the car and see if any connections are broken outside the transmission before assuming the inside of the transmission is effed.

/\ exactly, but when you said it cant come out of 2nd It sounded like tranny.

for compensation, Ill come take a look

you wouldn't be able to shift out of anything if the selector rod is broken.
