    m20 swap

Just seeing if anyone locally who see themselves as knowledgeable with the M20 would be interested in helping me with a swap next Sunday.

Going to be pulling the current M20 out, and swapping in one that is getting fresh seals, and parts all the way around.

Beer and food can be had in compensation. Or possibly if you need some of the parts I have laying around.

Should be pretty straight forward. I've only pulled an m20 (with help) and haven't gotten my m52 running yet (in like 5 months) so I'm probably not the guy you want.

Good luck. Shouldn't be too bad.

Umm, unhook things like: ecu, remove radiator, throttle cable, motor mounts, driveshaft, shift linkage, oil cooling lines, 20 pin connector, heater hoses etc. Make sure nothing else is connected and pull that skank out.. Replace with better m20 and hook everything back up. VERY simple, If I was closer i'd love to help, especially if beer is involved.

thanks guys, as of right now the donor engine is sitting on the engine stand completely torn apart. Tomorrow the new seals and gaskets are going on and hopefully it will all be back together ready to be put in by friday night.
