Ammunition and Guns in the PNW

Hey everyone, just looking to see what you all pay for ammunition locally? Where you go, and what kind you buy?

So far best place I've found is Northwest Armory, 12632 SE McLoughlin, Portland.

Bought 1000rds of 7.62x39 Wolf non-cor FMJ for $300. It's $7 a box otherwise. Seemed to have pretty good prices on handgun ammo too, ~$10 for 9mil, ~$15 for .40, forgot to ask about .45. $16 for Tapco 30rd mags for AK. Had some good prices on the rest of their guns too. Very competitive shop.

Wondering where you all go, what you pay?

Also know any good gunsmithing shops in PDX, or even simpler does anyone have front sight adjustment tools for AK-47?

    Nio är livets tal.

Well... I got to the gun store tonight to see if they had one, and like all addictions I ended up buying more than I should have.

My AK tactical modifications so far, synthetic heat venting hand guard, dragunov style synthetic butt stock, 3rd gen weaver double rail, Tactedge green/red dot scope, Tapco 30rd synthetic mag, Tapco flash suppressor. Plans: tact light for second mount, with Coast Power Chip Tactical, stainless steel gas piston, and spring. Nothing too expensive at this time, but AKs aren't very expensive anyways. Want a good woods gun, so for example I don't want to spend $400 on an E0Tech Holographic and have it break for some reason. Edit: I have 4 tapco mags, and 1 10rd stripper.

        That poor AK...

I didn't know NW Armory had such decent prices on 9mm and such, definitely good to know for next time I stop in.

If you haven't already, check out www.northwestfirearms.com, that's my website.
