    need front struts

    does anyone in the gig harbor area have some extra struts?? one of mine is reall blown and i cant afford new ones right now, if anyone has any struts and wants to trade for some parts or a long board or something let me know. i will even use stock ones as long as there not blown. i know its a long shot but someone might have something, thanks in advance

    Damnit! I just threw away two stock billie replacements in unknown condition. One seemed fine too...

        I've got two strut housings with no brakes on them with stock '86 struts. Probably replaced. Odo I pulled 'em out of said 114,000. Only reason I have them is I sold my buddy some sports/lowering setup. Odo was correct.

        Let me know. $50.00 and it's yours. Both sides.

          i guess it just sounded f;ed up becouse the gland nut wasnt screwed in, i will let you know if i deside on getting new struts though man thanks!

            ^ I've had that happen before. Those barrel nuts like to work their way loose unless they are uber-torqued. Locktite (Blue only!) is also your friend...

              i knew it worked its way loose becouse i remember using 2 pipe wrenches to get it tight.
