Speed and Feed Race 4/17

Next Saturday, April 17th, Victory Racing Camp will be holding a fundraiser at Pat's Acres Racing Complex!!

Grab 3 friends, relatives or coworkers and race wheel to wheel in a 2 hour long endurance race!! To finish it off, sit back and enjoy a catered barbeque lunch aferward!! All the proceeds will be going to send Junior High and High School students to a week long, overnight racing camp this summer!!

I'm going to be running this event and will be the director at camp this summer. I'm trying to get the word out in hopes that some of you guys might be interested in coming out and tearing up the kart track next Saturday!! The there's nothing like going 50 mph just inches off the track or overtaking a competitor on an inside-out pass.

This sounds like so much fun! I went and dropped a bill once there and got to spend an hour on the track, have way to much fun. I will try and get a team together. If anyone is interested. I may need a few other people. I have a feeling I have myself and another person covered, maybe 2, so I would really just need one other person.

awww shit Pat's acres is so much fun! I've been karting there once before, it's awesome. I think I am occupied on Saturday, but we'll see how it works out.

Hey guys, we started late on advertising for this and didn't get enough teams signed up. We will be canceling this race for the coming weekend. We will be doing another one on June 5th. Mark your calendars NOW!! I hope to see a bunch of you guys out there, it really is a whole hell of a lot of fun!

Sorry about that... We normally have some good competition out there, including a fair number of guys who race full-size cars and a good number of guys who race league nights out there. My team won the last event, but it had two of the fastest campers and another quick counselor on the team. We should get a good turnout for the next race though!!

lower price = more people? Maybe Im confused as to how much it costs to put on. but if it was like 30-40 a person. id do it.

It's $240 per team. That includes 1 kart, safety equipment for all drivers and barbecue tickets for 4 members. So that's $60 per person and equates to about 1/2 straight in the kart and an awesome meal at the end.

You can have more people on your team if you would like though...

This is our major fundraiser for the camp and it allows us to offer scholarships to kids who might not be able to come to camp otherwise. We usually have a pretty good turnout with our prices, we just started late in advertising this event. It is also early in the season to there hasn't been too many opportunities.
