      were having some trouble getting someones m50 running. not getting fuel.

      Messed with relays. fuel pump works.

        check the crank sensor make sure its plugged into the correct port on the harness
        looking for a e30m50 swap harness adapter pm me $150 shipped

          ok cool. supposidly everything is hooked up, we can jump fuel pump and make it run. spray starting fluid and it pops and jumps.

          but jumping fuel relay makes no difference while cranking.

            well if it pops that means its getting spark
            next I would check that the fuel lines connected to the correct corresponding ports on the rail?

              yea front line of m50 is supply correct? an rear by regulator is return?

                Wrong... Matt it made a difference, I just didn't want to start the thing and let it run until we have some sort of exhaust on the thing... usually a no no. Once we get some exhaust on it we can get it running and sort out the rest of the wiring.

                Odds are pretty good the lines are in the correct place, we just need an exhaust on it before anything else. They didn't even have exhaust manifolds on it. Lots of stuff to do before it is even close to road worthy, but should start soon I suppose.
