              LoL at the posts.

Pacific eh.....hmmm...... even with a free voucher not sure if I'd trust them. Heard HORROR stories about them. I've had personal experience with them over the phone and man are they dicks!

Do them yourselves. 30 min job

I also think 1800 is a made up quote from you. Not even the dealer charges that much.
-Figure 100$ for parts at maximum that 1700$ left
-Figure 120$ an hour for labor, that about 14.25 hours labor?

                  So try again

ehh.. they tried to charge me over 450 for a radiator, (just for the part) which was just a regular old nissen aftermarket unit, that retails, ALL DAY for 140 bucks.

when i told Mark that i was going to go grab the radiator myself, he was like "well, if you can get it for 140 bucks, id love to know where, because i pay 450".. which is bullshit, because i drove to the same parts supplier that he uses.

i used to go there for anything i couldnt handle myself, but i realized a couple of months ago, that i'd been being raped all along.

there's a few REALLY good mechanics there, Terry, Brandon, and James, and if they go elsewhere, i'd love to employ their services, but i dont trust Mark, AT ALL.

I only have brandon (who we saw at harbor freight right?) work on my car. He owns and drives E30's

Like I said, its a gift certificate. If my car blows up the shop has insurance Not to worried.

Seth, Ill shoot you a text

When i wrecked my e30 thats what they quoted me, and for that reason, the insurance company totalled my car.

PMS is a questionable shop at best. It took Brandon 3-4 attempts to align my friends 330. At the end, my friend went elsewhere and insisted on a refund, which Mark did not want to give. That was a bitch. Another friend spent over $5k on an M52 swap into his E30, and PMS was very .... unprofessional to say the least. Leaving the primary bellhousing bolts out? Returning the car with a major clutch problem, identified by them before installing everything? The use of zipties to secure the throttle cable, and everything else in the engine bay.. FFS. I personally like Mark and Brandon, but wouldn't have them work on my car after seeing how my friends car's were treated.

You mean Toms car, he should have swapped it like the rest of us here

I have heard about that. Like I said. Its free $, I cant afford an alignment check anywhere else... So I have no other options.

Yes, Tom should have swapped it the first time. Considering everything had to be re-done after the fact anyway. I am not sure why he didn't swap it himself to start with. Oh well, shit happens, and PMS 110% lost my respect with that. And then with how they treated my friends 330's alignment.. Did you know that you can't align a car with loose lug nuts? Thanks body shop + Brandon! At least Mark made good on that one, but it took a month or so.

I think its an excellent deal for you, and I wouldn't turn it down either. I'd just want to sit and watch them do the work. Loose/missing parts FTL!!
