Is anyone parting or breaking an early model?

I need to cut off the front tow hook section from an early model.

Anyone in pdx have one I can swing by with my sawzall and chop off?

I'm new to the scene. I've got an 88ic I'm working on and an 90 parts car. What is considered early model? DB bumpers?

Have Sawzall right here, but you are too far.

                              Harbor Freight, then?
