I built this motor out of spare parts I had as a temp motor while I completely rebuild the one that came out of my car.

bottom end had 180k
installed m50 360 degree thrust bearing (axle play within spec before installing thrust bearing)
upgraded oil pressure relief valve and spring

e36 head
decked
all new intake valves
2 new exhaust valves
newer lifters
valve cover and oil pan bolt holes Time-Serted as needed

timing components in great shape with brand new RH guide
m44 tensioner
new coolant diverter pipe with throttle body heater bypassed
newer intake breather hoses
gen 3 ford 19# injectors
every gasket, seal and o-ring replaced

dry compression test after 30min run time and cool down 185,200,195,190

does not include COP kit or motor mounts

$950

With clutch, flywheel and G240 (with new output seals, pivot pin, and selector rod joint)
add $350
