WTB: M50nv, Engine or Swap

Going to have to get a car running and currently it's more cost effective to swap the engine than replace the current '86 325es Stocker.

Well, at this point I'm looking for a budget that runs. Once work comes back in, I might be able to go up towards the $1,500 mark for just the engine and another $800 for swap parts. That's probably all still budget but, 'eh what I can swing.

As of right now? $800.
