hope this helps me with all those questions like "why are you parting it out? its worth fixing" and blaah blaah blah... plus I can make more money parting it out then putting $1000+ in body work, paint and then selling it for some $2,500-3000

If it were an E30 M3 that was appreciating in value, it might have been worth fixing. Or a PRO3 car where there is $20k invested.

But that car, being an automatic. Yep. Some cars give their parts so others can live on.

My PRO3 car has the DNA of 15-20 E30s in it by now.
