                Number one, those are completely different calipers. One piece fixed mount 6pots vs. floating 2pots. Number two, the ones in your picture are on the wrong sides. The cross over tube is on the top of the caliper and the bleeder screws (2 per caliper) are on the bottom of the caliper. He can swap the bleeder screws/cross over tubes or just swap the calipers to opposite sides of the car. :)

                      I dont even think you need to bypass, pretty sure you could probably just remove the fuse/module. But im no expert and im probably being dumb. More then likely its just removing the ABS module, ABS pump, and getting pipes from a non ABS car and plugging them in.

                          Honestly I'm not sure, to rich for my blood I know they're 19x10 and 19x12 forged 3 piece wheels and that he spent 4800 on them(I wish I still lived with my parents)

                                Hard to tell without seeing your car. Usually 2500-5000. That's rough. If it's in great condition.. Possibly less.
