Back home.

Only one problem with the car, when leaving the clutch pedal seemed to stick a bit, scared the hell outta me. I thought I wouldn't be able to change gears and I'd need a tow home. It fixed itself and we made it home ok. Very relaxing drive, got 24.2 MPG.

Met some other e30 owners, saw some cool cars. Lots of VWs and Audis. I didn't take my camera as I thought I'd let the masters do the work.

Haha yeah our Alfetta was a showstopper. I met the owner of the diamond shwarz... he was very nice. Joe did not meet you I believe.

MAXRPM prosches were there... the owner is the BIGGEST douche. Haha when the one left he didn't even rev match on the down shift.

That Alfa has quite a story. My buddy Chris (he is not my Dad) bought it in a sleepy town after seeing it on the side of the road here in kitsap. THe cars are made of Soviet scrap steel, and under all the trim is rust. So he fixed that, and had it painted. Put on those Super Oscar rally light knockoffs and did some other stuff. Also had seats redone in Cali. 75000 original miles.

He is putting a hotter cam, dual weber 40's and exhaust, etc. in the next year.

HAHA yeah, I saw some kid with a canon mark III get out of rust bucket mk3. It made me laugh. It was cool to see some e30's I haven't see in a bit ( eric & zeke).
