    PNW Peeps

I had been thinking for a while now to make the move to Washington, but just recently started to do my homework on where I would like to move to.

Was wondering if I could gather the collective wisdom of r3v on insight as to where would be the best places, cities, towns, for my needs.

I would be moving into an apartment, somewhere kinda quiet but close to most things(stores, banks, jobs) Not looking for the cheapest place, as I don't want to get my E30 stolen, but nothing fancy either.

I know I've been really vague so far so just throw out some generic pricing of the areas where you folks live and maybe some pros and cons.

Hopefully this doesn't turn into one of those threads where popcorn gets made and lols ensue.

Cliffs: I want to move to Washington, don't know dick shit about Washington, school me.

Price check on Vagiclean, aisle five. I repeat: price check on Vagiclean, aisle five. That's Vagiclean. We've got a customer down here with a full-on fallopian fungus. I'm baking a loaf of bread and I think it's sourdough.

Don't move to Washington. Washington is the only state that gives illegal immigrants drivers licenses. Oregon is the place to go.

Washington's cool, and WA people tend to be cool imo. All my family's from the Puget Sound area and Eastern WA ala Spokane. Laid back. Life in Western Washington is gloomy weather wise 8-9 months out of the year. SeaTac region has grown at a ridiculous rate in the last couple of decades, and traffic can be L.A.-esque. I'd say try it, I did.

          Residents?

Also more interested in where film productions are being, well, produced.

Where are the hotspots for indie films and such, I"m guessing Seattle? Tacoma? Spokane?

Well, I've lived in both Eastern and Western Washington. I can honestly say I LOVED living in Eastern Washington no matter how dull it may have seemed. The weather was always great. Hot Summers and COLD Winters. LOTS OF SNOW!!! :D Haha.
I moved to Western Washington and I actually turned very depressed for a few months due to all the gloominess and rain. Yes, it does rain a lot but when I sunny day happens its like the best thing EVAR! So gorgeous!
Anyways, I say try it out! :D

Vancouver, maybe downtown, or near the vancouver mall. This is washington btw.

About 5 mn from portland. Hardly any traffic. Close to about 100 e30 peeps

                          Please leave feedback below, thanks

If you like living in the woods, olympic peninsula.
If you like doing stuff outside the house, seattle area.
If you want easy access to both, kitsap peninsula.
If you don't like rain, eastern washington.

I can't speak for anything in Washington, but if you are looking to get into indie films, I highly recommend Portland OR. I know it isn't WA, but you could move to somewhere like Vancouver and be minutes away... Oregon is cool too! ;)
