This is a two owner genuine 1989 M3, all body panels straight with no rust, interior in very good condition
The car has not been driven for 9 years so needs some restoration work,115,000 Mls,originally from CA and parked in shed ever since

hmmm.... not the BEST deal, and since it has sat for 9 YEARS, there is going to be A LOT of resto work to be done. An engine that hasn't turned over for 9 years definitely needs to be cracked open, all the fuel lines are probably rotted...

However, I wonder how they got it out of the shed for the 2nd pic, did they drive it, or push it?

Ya, I'd be a little worried about an S14 that has sat for 9 years. Expect to double what you pay for it in the engine rebuild alone.

        $9k? I'd pay 6-7k max.

        What color is that thing?

^ yeah he posted for 8,900, it's CL.
probably walk away with it for 7k.

sure, seals lines etc. if s14 unable to come alive without breaking the bank swap a clean s52 and it'd still be worth more.

It would be blasphemous, but you could part it...

I have a feeling this could be quite a diamond..
very good interior... needs a bath and buff.
engine is a mystery. would be amazing if it ran, just rough.

I'd never ever part out a clean M like this

It's been on/off CL, ebay & advertised locally all over the west coast for the last 6 months. A complete scam !!

This. Except I'm sure that it has been more like a year, or at least since I started looking for M3's late spring of last year. Over on S14.net someone posts a link to this car's CL or ePay add at least once a month.

If you are concidering this car, have a CLOSE look at it before jumping in.

and here it is on Ebay for $20,000.

S14 has a lot to say about it. One guy almost bought it.

Some thing is fishy, very fishy.
