I would guess that it wasn't branded because it wasn't reported. That car looks like it has a lot of issues. It looks like that thing needs a lot of body work.

If they'll half-ass the IX kit like that, how much do you think they half-ass'd the swap?

No, the IX skirts don't screw or rivet on, but, it's a look. Not a good one in my opinion, but a look none the less. The rear bumper itself was cut and not fiberglassed properly together so I'd be interested in looking behind it to see how it's held together. The front damage? Pretty sketchy when it's been "fixed" by the same guy that "customized" the other parts of the car a bit half assed.

I'd offer him 1.8k for it and see what he says. It's not worth his asking price regardless of the swap. M50's don't go for much and the shell is far from "clean".

Thanks for all your help, I didnt want to go look at this car with a complete e30 noob who is going to trade a newish ninja for an car that has tons of problems. I told him originally to find a decent unmolested e30. Hard to find as we all know
