WTB: Cheap ass wheels/tires in PDX

I just picked up another E30, and the seller wanted to keep his wheels/tires. Now I need something to put on it to roll it around. Looking for a set of caps, or ghetto 4x100 wheels with tires of some sort. In the Portland area.

i have full set of bottle caps (90), or riken 4x100 wheels (130)
no tires on either wheel, although both have been tested on wheel balancer
