Just wanted to bump this thread as the Rally gets closer. I know a lot of you guys are planning on going, speak up!

Anyone that's camped in Ocean Shores know of any cheap and close camp grounds? It'd be dope if we had a site with 4-5 e30's parked out! Someone fill their spare tire well up with ice and beer!!!!

I would love to know where your camping because as far as I've heard there is no where to camp at Oly. But hotels there are 30/per room. I'm not taking the bimmer there but there's a good chance I'm riding down with my buddy who's a rally photographer.

Saw a convoy of four e30s pull up right behind us while entering the brooklyn stage, and the alpine that did a burnout turning on to river road. Lol sup guys. I was in the muddy blue outback sport with rally lights.

NICE! We figured it was an enthusiast headed to the Rally.. Did you have the CB antenna on it? The guy in the white 318is is my co-worker Jason. We all had a blast riding out there. In out group we had 3 325ix's and the M42 is.. Definitely going to be out there again next year.

I gave the iX a good shake down on the way down the mountain! :)

yeah allllmost took the e30 but i really didn't want to be scrapin my oil pan everywhere ha. that 325is rally car was awesome! i talked to the guy to see what he was doing for suspension, and he had no clue haha, he bought the car that way i guess. looked like billy hd's and e36 springs. definitely wanting to buy a beater e30 and make it a semi rally/road trip car now.

Fuck being too low. I thought the same thing but it's like this. It's just a CAR! If it breaks at least I can say I was having fun. Haha!

Definitely going to try to have a set of "knobby/beefy" tires and maybe a little lift for next year. I had a blast!
