See everyone tomorrow morning at Elmer's!

But your making it to my BBQ rightttttt?
You better not disappoint me like Rick is....Comment

The meet at Elmer's was great. Large turn out!
However, the drive wasn't so great. It was a good example of how BMW drivers get bad names.
There were many looks of disapproval from the guy in the white e90 making the left onto Germantown (I wish I had taken a video of that guy he was shaking his head and mouthing something crude) to the cyclists along the way... It was embarrassing and I bailed when ya'll turned onto Cornelius pass.

Just because we are driving as a group, doesn't mean you can run stop signs and make BMW drivers look bad. This is pretty disappointing and embarrassing.
Next time we go out for a meet and drive, we need to go further out where there aren't as many people, so we don't look like a bunch of douche bags when you guys break the rules and run stop signs.
Grow up, you have nothing to prove by doing this.

Hello all!
Was nice to meet and talk to some of you but for some reason we followed the wrong car and we ended up missing the drive.

we (me and another new guy to the group he was on the blue 07) we couldn't find you guys in route so we drove to Cathedral park and left there at 2pm. probably few minutes before you arrived.
talk about bad timing!Comment

The route got all screwed up. Honestly, I had no idea where the hell I was. We went out Cornelius Pass (I think) and ended up out on Highway 30, then we took some other road, got on Skyline (I think) and went out through the hills and twisties and ended up back on Highway 30 and went down to Cathedral Park. It was a great cruise.Last edited by e30austin; 04-24-2011, 08:09 AM.'70 911s | '72 2002 | '88 M5 | '89 330is | '89 M3 | '95 911 | '02 M5 | '04 RR HSE

That sucks man! We got there probably right around 2 or so. It was an incredible day and the weather was awesome, especially for April.
