    Think it's time to sell the IX...

    I've decided I should sell my IX. I know I will regret it but I'm thinking about getting something newer like a Z3 or Z4. Not sure what I should sell it for but I have $$$ into it and I would like to get $4500 for it.

    1991 325ix 4 door with almost 222k but I had a new rebuilt head installed at 178k. Also did the rolling jack test and it passed.

    5 speed. White on black interior. No rips in the seats or cracks in the dash. Heated seats work.

    New Biltein HD's not too many miles ago and a new driveline was just done to get rid of a small vibration I was having.

    Conforti Chip but I have the stock one. Everything works except for the drivers side rear window. Played with it forever and can't figure it out (relay?).

    Other than that few dings here and there but overall great condition.

    Too many things to list. I have an encyclopedia of items I've done over the years of ownership. Wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere. Took it to southern cali and back not too long ago with no problems.

    Nice stereo and I rewired the headlights for 100W bulbs. Nice and bright!

                  I love that car but it's time for something new. I still have my 325 convertible for now but will be selling that soon as well I predict.

                                      Sounds good. We will see how quick it goes. They usually go like hotcakes but its tougher times to sell.

                                          You'll love a Z3 or a Z4. Get one now, before prices start going wayyy up since Spring is here, and Summer is right around the corner. That's why I bought mine last Fall/early Winter.

                                                  Z4 3.0 manual cars go for 14 and up. Z3 3.0s and Ms go for around 10-16 I've seen.
