My car is alive!!! Thanks to Ck_taft325is!!

Ck_taft325is came over today to help me with my car after me having weeks of idling issues. We switched out the icv and no change. Chris was about to remove the fuel rail to look at the injectors but then decided against it as it was just a guess and not a sure thing. He then found a sensor had been torn out and wasn't connected right. I believe it was a ground sensor.

Basically I had taken my car to jiffy lube to get a quick oil change months ago because I was super busy and didn't have time to do it myself. (Dumb I know) So when they were either pulling the oil filter off or putting it on the douches had caught their hand or something on the cable and tore it out part way. My TPS and CPS weren't getting any signal from the ground so therefore weren't working right.

Moral of the story is Jiffy Lube is the worst place to take your car ever, even though we all already knew that. They probably didn't even have any idea they had touched it knowing them. All I know is I'm happy as can be because my car is running properly again aside from the occasional sputter due to the recent seafoaming.

    Thanks Chris!!

No problem, man! It was great to meet the family and work on the car. Get it to Parker's when you're ready to get the "other stuff" done and we'll bang it out, bud :)

Is this the sensor that tells you how close your oil pan is to the ground?

Price check on Vagiclean, aisle five. I repeat: price check on Vagiclean, aisle five. That's Vagiclean. We've got a customer down here with a full-on fallopian fungus. I'm baking a loaf of bread and I think it's sourdough.

Sounds like it's injector refurbish/rebuild time..I have one bad injector for sure so I'm getting mine rebuilt when the money is there...only problem is not having any injectors to drive with if you send them in and have no spares. :/

I know for a fact i have a sticky injector. I can hear it when I pop my hood very audibly. I think my problem is a starter but it's cranking so it's really hard to say.
