    Leaking everywere

Ive been trying to find the source of my leaks for several weeks now. Ive got the whole interior out now and testing all my drains but all of them seem to work ok. Ive been looking up all the write ups on leak prevention but they all seem to have a suggestion when certain parts of the carpet are wet.
Has anybody else had similar problems, the whole carpet is soaked the trunk is full of water and my seats are trash now. If anyone could take a look at my car id appreciate it. Im starting to get the feeling the problem is right in front of me, but Im not sure what.

Does your sunroof have a black drain trough running alongside the back (towards trunk) side of the cover?

Totally random but my car was missing one... and water would just drip down through that onto everything.

Ya both drain properly too, i was hoping that was the trunk leak. There seems to be a second set of drains for the front drains in front of the rear wheel wells but im not sure how to check if they are clogged.

There is a set of front drains in the sunroof also (at least in the early models); they run down the A pillar and drain out below the speaker panels. There is a small slit in the frame under the car which may get clogged. I took a screwdriver and opened it up a bit to make sure it drained properly. You can take a piece of coaxial cable and feed it down from the sunroof for both the front and rear drains to make sure they're not clogged.
The fact that your entire carpet and trunk are wet may indicate that you have multiple leaks to find. For the cabin, check your firewall on both the driver and passenger sides to see if there are some rust holes allowing water into the cabin...also check the cavity for the wiper assembly. For the trunk, did you check the seal and the tail light gaskets?
Best of luck, I know how frustrating this is.

I've never been able to tell how to check the rear drains with cable. I know my front one at least is clogged (puddle in pass footwell, so I'm assuming) but I've just never seen the rear channels anywhere...

I've also heard of people popping off the little panel over the rear window and fixing a gasket in there... not totally certain.
