It was an 04-06 Scion XB. The roof was chopped off, the front shortened and left about a foot or so for storage/utility uses in the back.

The guy driving was the biggest tweaker I've ever seen. Sores all over, wearing massively baggy clothes, listening to the weakest dubstep ever and just generally sketch as fuck.
