86 eta for sale in Vancouver

I saw this 86 eta for sale this afternoon at the Costco parking lot on 192nd in Vancouver; no affiliation, just posted as an FYI.

It looked pretty decent...paint has some some clear coat issues. I only has a minute to look at it and didn't look at the interior but at first blush it looked like a possible solid starter for someone.
