Volvo lip looks shapoopy, just man up and go OEM, that volvo lip looks like it will rip off over a speed bump, where as the IS lip was designed for the car. You may as well put an STI sticker on too.
Personally it was worth the money to save me hours of cutting and never getting it right, oem lip just slides on and looks good.

Volvo lip is nice, if your car is just a daily driver that has dents everywhere, paint is chipping, cut springs, then it would look good =]
and volvo lip cost $6 at junk yard.
