got my hands on a obd1 s52, so i am selling the m50. It is a vanos engine that came out of a 1994 525i. It has 111,xxx miles on it. It was a junk yard engine, and was running the day they pulled it for me which was about 3 weeks ago. I can get the vin # if anybody needs it. this comes with alot of the stuff you need for the swap.
1994 Vanos M50 (with 5 series wiring harness)
correct 5-series oil pan
getreg 250 (e36 transmission)
e36 flywheel
used clutch disc and pressure plate (runnable for a while, but not great)
brand new throw out bearing
e36 engine arms
e34 motor mounts
e36 manual drive line
no alternator, power steering pump, or ac compressor and needs a water pump pulley (kind of beat up) and no ecu.
looking for $900 OBO? for everything above
I also have a perfect shell for this swap that i might be unloading soon. 1990 325i coupe, clean title, fresh schwarz paint (ppg concept) and flared fenders....i will throw up some pic's and prices when i get a chance.
