Can anyone local remove my window tint?

I don't really want to spend $100 at Accutint to get the tint taken off. I've heard ya basically apply soapy water and peel. But I've heard that if done wrong... The bottom layer shreads like a sticker and it's impossible to get off. I was thinking $50 fo someone who can do this for me. Or if y'all have any better tips on how I can do it safely myself. Thanks.

Hair dryer or heat gun works alright too. Just don't turn the heat up too much.

It's causing me too many police problems. 5% is noticeably illegal. Plus I'll be installing either a half cage or just a roll bar and it'll look better with tint off when ya can see my Sparcos and some cage. Thanks though. :)

Buuuuut you are a whore and I am too far. :) I'll figure it out. Maybe someone close by will see this and save me from making a mess of my windows.

A 3m "DOBIE" works great with ammonia Windex to get the glue residue off, especially handy on the back window with the defroster. Most super markets sell them in the cleaner aisle. Buy about six as they get pretty gummed up and are not as efficient. Oh yea, and 1 large tub of elbow grease.

Last question... Is this a couple day or couple hour thing? Given the fact that I have no prior experience.

Honestly, it shouldn't take you more than 6 hours.

I just bought used pop out windows and rear glass for cheap and swapped them out on an E30 I recently bought with a really bad tint job. I didn't want to screw around with removing that horrible stuff. BTW, can you tell I'm not a fan of tinted windows? Gee, let's make night time visibility even worse. LOL
