FS: 1989 325i Shell

Looking to sell my Bronzit on Tan 1989 325i 5-speed. Got the car intending to do a 2.7 conversion due a loud ticking noise from what seems to be the top end. Adjusted the valves etc and determined it's more than likely from the bottom end. Basically a late model shell in nice shape with a junk bottom end. It will run and drive but makes the death tick.
Pros:
Clean and Clear title.
Very straight body, driver side fender has minor dent.
Paint is in good shape. Tinted Windows
Plastic bumpers comeplete and intact on the car.
Have all interior pieces.
Cons: (needs)
Motor or bottom end.
Ellipsoids
Driver side window regulator.

A good straight clean late model shell is worth more then $800. Engines are easy to fix, finding clean E30's is not as easy. I would buy this if it was not in Oregon.
