Help, I have no fuel or spark.

I was driving my car last night, simply accelerating, when it died. Now it wont start. We checked for fuel, there's none in the rails. Also there is no spark. i think it may be a fuel pump, but I don't want to drop 300 for one if that's not the case. I also replaced the relays with known good ones. It will crank but no fuel or spark.

i have one. pierre (killacortes) gave it to me when my car was idling bad. problem ended up being the maf and icv so i never tried the fuel pump out, but pierre said it worked when he gave it to me

FIXED!
I must have hit a pothole/the CPS wires were loose. clipped them back together, and she runs like a champ now.
