That is/was Roland Ayala's car. It was a spare no expense build. There is more than the asking price into the car. Was only raced once or twice in ICSCC.

But see, and there in lies the dilemma, go bonkers on a race car, but then you are either a) not really optimized for any class, and b) you have so much in to it, you are afraid to race it. That being said, the car is beautiful, but it would take some significant cost to make it fit Pro-3..
