    rebuild kit for early model e30s

    hey r3v'ers

    so i recently purchased a shifter rebuild kit from bluttech for my 86 e30.

    I was doing some research, and i guess i have a sheet metal console. I've been looking for a DIY write-up, but cant find jack squat.

    does anyone have any insight on this?!

    any help would be appreciated!

          Not quite sure what your question is. Not certain about the main pivot, but all of the shift selector rod bushings are the same IIRC.

              pretty much asking if there is a DIY write up for a sheet metal shifter rebuild. The only one i can find is for a e36

                      ive checked pelican, here (r3v) and e30tech. cant seem to find shiiiit on a DIY. i have a mechanic buddy that is gonna charge me $100 to install it, but i know i could crank this out myself if i had some guidance
