Wish I knew enough to offer some help but these kinds of problems are generally over my head. I would recommend pulling codes (stomp test) if you haven't already and you have a working check engine light.

What dme are you running, when I was researching my swap that I never did I saw that one of the ecus that had the red label has a security system basically so you would need a chip or the other ecu to bypass this issue.

I have no working check engine light on at all. What exactly is a stomp test? I've heard the term but never really knew what it was.

Hmm. I was always under the impression that any 413 red label didn't have EWS. Do you knowing if there is any way I can check mine?

A few 413's did in fact in EWS. It's a shit bag of dicks if you landed one.

Is the relay replaced? I'm not current on your thread. Phone checking is a bitch.
          Need a part? PM me.

Stomp test is you just "stomp" the gas pedal in a certain sequence and then the check engine light will flash in a pattern, the pattern can be translated into codes. Obviously I can't remember the proper way to do it, but if you search on here you can find a write up.

EWS just cuts spark at the ECU. So if you test for spark and have it then you have nothing to worry about. If in fact you have EWS then have some like matt at turner motorsports reflash your ECU.
