I'm moving to bremerton and since they don't pro-rate rent when moving out, I'm stuck paying a full month's rent on my current lease unless someone else starts leasing for september! Yuck!
Rent expected is probably around $1100. If you start a lease with them and take over our place I'll give you $300

1049 sq ft. It's a 2 bed 1.75 bath, spacious interior. Wood fireplace, large deck with outdoor storage (inside a closet with a door, insulated).
Walk in closets, 1 carport, pets allowed with deposit.
View of narrows bridge, olympics on a clear day, and walking distance from three bars and a burger shack :p
Gated community, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, sauna.
Really cool leasing manager, Safe community, no shady people.
