Hot damn, I've never seen a intake setup like that! I was watching that video and looks like only one T/B is opening.
The throttles are set up progressive... Reason being with twin 70mm's as with ITB's when the throttle is snapped from idle there is a stall due to a volume increase and a velocity decrease. So with the throttles set up progressive; it helps the induction maintain velocity and response, Next time you get in a car let it idle: then smash the throttle to the ground and let go. Like " stabbing" at the throttle, the engine will burp and not " really respond", this is due to an instant volume increase and a velocity decrease in the intake runner. This issue in my car is not completely removed but having the throttle progresive is a great improvement.
