Just throwing the idea out there to anyone in the PNW. I'm flirting with the idea of getting into another e30. I like change i guess. I may have a little money to put on top for the right car.

What I'm looking for:
- Late model coupe, maybe an m20 4-door
- MUST BE A 5-speed
- color doesn't really matter...but that Alpine thread is looking really good ;)
- clean title
+ suspension is a plus (lowered)

My own opinion: throw some plastic bumpers and a late valance on it and just keep it. Sounds like a solid car and fairly well sorted. Not too often do you see a calypso 'vert, especially with black interior!

I know I know...thats what the long term picture would be, but i'm just antsy. I'm in college so paying for a bumper swap isn't quite my first priority. The car drives perfect and with the cross brace that ejnight sells and after lowering the car, I have definitely tightened up the steering. There are a few cosmetics that could be done, but really I am just offering the car to somebody else who could appreciate it and do the bumper modifications to it.

*If somebody likes what they see and want to offer cash, I'm listening. It doesn't get driven much during the year while I'm at school (2-3 times a week).

Totally get you there. I'm in the same situation myself and have thought a lot about selling my car but I can't bring myself to do it just yet :/

Nice car.
If you do trade cars, make sure you get yourself a really solid one.
You would hate to dump money on a newly acquired car.
If you keep it, a plastic bumper swap with rear valance would look sweet.

thanks. The reason I posted it right here is because there is a crazy r3v network where everybody knows everybody's cars. My thought is that r3v is more reliable than say craigslist.

If I keep it, IF.....then plastic bumpers and a hard top would be nice.
