WTB: Late Model 318 Check Panel

I have a lot of leftover '91 318iS bits, can you better define check panel? Is that the panel by the mirror?

Yes, the panel up on the overhead, by the mirror. With all the little lights, and the check button. Used for checking/clearing the CEL

I think I saw that there are two different types of them, mine just (I believe) has a seatbelt, SRS, and airbag text in it, is that what you're looking for?

Hmm I don't know if it would matter, I would prefer one with all the options but I just need to get one installed. All I can tell is that the connection on the back is quite different from the other ones I have, which are all out of 6cyl. cars. This is my first time messing with an M42 so I have lots to learn

Seeing as the m42 was a one-year car, i'd put my money on it being the only layout option in the 91 318.

I definitely don't need mine, with some instruction on how to get it out, you can have it on the free. If you shoot me your email addy and describe how to get it out, I can get it out and take pictures, see if it's what ails you.

m42 check panel is a blank dude. No button and no text, just a smoked SRS lamp.

Hmm. The previous owner of the car just stuffed an M20 panel in there, I would love to get the correct one. PM's sent

i will trade you that piece, for an overhead panel with no check panel slot. (but crank sunroof)
