anybody have a spare ICV I can swap for a test?

I got home last night and parked my car. 20 min later I started it up and the idle is surging like crazy. cycling from 500 to 1500. I tested the TPS and its good off idle and WOT. I tested the ICV and it Ohms out fine but I would like to swap one out to see. If your north of Lynwood/Everett and have one I can try it would be appreciated.
