Timing belt and water pump for pizza and beer?

Hey PNW peoples of South Sound, I want to do a timing belt and water pump (amongst other things) on my '86 325e and need some assistance. I just bought a Contitech timing belt w/ tensioner and thinking about the Graf pump.

I've read all the DIYs and the job seems doable (I've done practically all the work on my previous cars) but being that I don't have tools or a garage, need to ask if somebody is willing to help me out. In exchange, I can provide pizza and beer?

    Thanks,
    Kenny
