I'm still an amateur kid, so I wanna mexicanize my car i you know what I mean :). So I need your guys' help and guidance to not ruin another e30 on the road. I wont get an m3 spoiler. either stick to my trunk spoiler, or maybe get m tech.

Nope, I can remove it from the trunk lid. You might want the trunk lid so you know where to drill the holes in your trunk lid, however, I would be more then happy to sell it to you without. PM me and let's figure something out!
