Friend of mine hit by car

Hey guys, a friend of mine was changing a flat tire, and some asshole hit him, drove off, and left him for dead. Thankfully he survived, although barely. I would really like to see this person caught, so I thought I would ask r3v PNWrs to keep an eye out for the car. The police think they were driving a 1998 - 2002 grey honda accord or civic, and it would have damage to the front passenger side. I know there are a ton of grey hondas, but if you could keep your eyes peeled it would be much appreciated.
