WTB PDX: E34/E36 M50 Exhaust

I'm looking for a few exhaust related things off an E36 M50 powered car. If you know of someone who's parting out an E36 that has a good catalyst, please let me know (PM. voice. etc.)

Hey, no problem man. I don't think your exhaust would work for my application unfortunately. All E34's had a dual cat set up and mine is single cat, which is why I specified E36.

However, before I completely rule it out, mind taking a pic of where the down pipe meets the cat to see if it's similar to my set up? If it looks like it'll work, I'll just take it because I need to get this whole emissions shit squared away.

You should totally get a stromung if they sell it for the E36, they sound wicked!

Your car has an e34 setup from manifolds back unless you have changed anything... So that single cat setup is from an e34. That wold be why it fits, but just... e36 fits a good deal better. If I remember correctly that motor came out of a 95 e34... It had a dead auto trans behind it. The cool thing about the 95 is that supposedly the cam trays are bigger or something like that, so it should be easier to put S50 cams in should you choose to go that rout.

Hey Trever, hope all is well. I was under the impression that all E34 cars had a dual cat set up...as you know, this car doesn't. I just need a catalyst, but would take a whole mid section. If you know of something, let me know!
