    Interest in US made parts.

    Hi there,
My buddy and I are going to be producing some parts soon. First thing coming will be poly/delrin control arm bushings. They'll be available centered or offset. We'll then move on to other parts later, such as subframe bushings, wheel spacers, tie rods, reinforcements, and custom parts (your designs or we design to your specs).
We have access to CNC mills, CNC brake, Water Jet, CNC turret press, and any other machine you could imagine. So as soon as things start moving, anything is possible. We're fresh in the game, but my friend has been doing metal fab for years, and he has recently started in CNC work here in the Portland area.
I just wanted to see where the interest was, if any, for parts and the like. We're local to the PDX area, and will not only be making parts for the e30 chassis, but the s13 and s14 chassis as well.

Post in this thread, or PM me with feedback and/or questions.

There is always interest in parts for e30's, but the market is pretty flooded right now with options for some of the parts you mentioned. Perhaps there is something that is not so readily available that you can design and manufacture? I am not trying to rain on your parade, but with he amount of money/time you usually spend in research/development before even selling a single unit, you would probably have more success in bringing something that we really are needing for our cars.

Hell, you may find more success something simple to pop out like tie down tabs for the rear lower shock mounts (they used to be available, but not anymore) or something else..

There is a huge E30 market in the NW (including the Pro-3 racing community), so if you come up with some unique or a better alternate than what is available, you could see a nice side business!

Thanks a lot for the feed back man. What you suggested is definitely in the plan later down the road.
