Yea only real requirement IMO is that the place has a spacious, low car friendly parking lot :)

There is a 5 Guys on 82nd and Johnson Creek. Shitty location, but decent parking. Methinks there's one in Tigard, IIRC.

There's one off Cedar Hills in Beaverton too. Plenty of parking and low friendly.
