    FS PDX: Fully rebuilt G260

Ahoy. I have a freshly rebuilt late G260 for sale. This transmission works with "i" motors. O'Hara fully rebuilt this one after some issues I was having with it. I have since gone another route and found a different transmission and do not need this one any longer.

The trans has a new 1st/2nd shift fork, refreshed synchros (cleaned of any build up,) a newer throwout bearing and all new seals (input shaft, output shaft, selector rod, etc.)

I'm asking $400 picked up in PDX. Fairly firm on price. Open to trades for cool stuff + cash on your end. If interested, please PM or call me.

Two lawn chairs and a string of chistmas lights qualifies as cool stuff right?

Currently without an e30. Will probably die soon.

Wow, now that is tempting. Be a nice present to myself and way cheaper than DriveGear's price of $850.
I'll trade you straight across for a decent MT1 wheel. Fair enough?

Haha. Guess I should be a little more specific when I say cool stuff.

Jon, throw a six-pack in and call it good. Hahahaha, no thanks buddy. Trans is different for your ETA motor anyway!

Curt, I respectfully decline that offer. Sorry.

          Damn!
Well, how about three broken BBS RKs and one good one, all with good tires? Easy enough to swap your car back to 4x100, right? And the cracks are small, I'm sure they won't hurt a thing.
I also have an AFM that I took off because it didn't work well, and a bad ICV.
You finding any of this tempting?

None of that falls under "cool stuff." Sorry. Cash works! :)

I will find out when I pick it up today, but I know it's got new shift forks.

I'm curious because I'm eyeing it. Would need to get to Seattle somehow, though.

I could deliver it for a fee. I will be up that way delivering a spoiler and possibly other things. Wouldn't be 'til the beginning of January, however.

I'll have to ponder this. Definitely going to need one at some point and rebuilt is the way to go. Just need to decide if I want to spend it now or later. Don't hold it for me, that's for sure. I'll keep in touch.
Do pass on details of the rebuild, though. Complete list of replaced parts would be best.
                        Thanks,
                        Curt

If I were local be I'd be pounding down your door.

I do think you should post publicly the list of new parts though. ;)
