Alternator died on my way home from Corvallis. I'm stuck in Hermiston. If anybody out there has an M42 Alternator that I can get really soon, let me know!

Are you sure it's the alternator? I just gave one to LuckyHendrickson

Your battery could of gone bad on you as well. I think thats what Ken is trying to say.

Brand new battery, two tow trucks, bad alternator.

Your insurance co probably offers towing as well. Just to try and get out of Hermiston.

Well, like an unsuspecting fool I had the towing coverage removed from my insurance a couple years ago. But, there's a Walmart in town that probably has a battery charger. That'll give me enough juice to get to the Pasco u-haul for a good ol' do-it-yourself-tow.
